While the world brims with destinations to discover, there are a few spots that stand above the rest. Machu Picchu, the Taj Mahal, and the Lost City of Petra are all global treasures within the realms of architecture, archeology, and nature that truly qualify as World Wonders to be guarded and preserved.

If you've had these locations on your bucket list, you're in luck: Luxury travel company TCS World Travel will be offering 25-day-long trips–departing February 2020, October 2020, and January 2021–via their Around the World private jet expedition. These extravagant voyages will stop at nine iconic destinations, including the three mentioned above as well as ecological treasures such as the Serengeti and the Great Barrier Reef.

The curated journeys are taken entirely by private jet, and expert staff handles every all-inclusive detail, from luxury boutique accommodations to ground transportation. Here's a peek of just three of the magnificent stops on the world excursions.

Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu is arguably the most famous archeological site of South America, and for good reason: The 15th-century fortress, nestled on the Andes mountains, is visually stunning and mathematically ahead of its time. Its original purpose and sophisticated engineering are still considered mysteries, though archeologists hypothesize that it was built as a refuge for the Inca’s elites.

When you arrive in Cusco with TCS, you'll stay at the Belmond Palacio Nazarenas, a 16th-century former convent with original Incan stone walls and colonial-era frescoes, where each suite is equipped with its own private butler.

The property is just a few blocks from Cusco’s central plaza, the perfect base for exploring Peruvian culture. Here, you can visit an Andean master weaver at her traditional textile workshop, walk the ancient ruins of Korikancha (an Inca temple once coated in gold), and travel by private Hiram Bingham train to explore Machu Picchu.

The Machu Picchu leg of the Around the World will take place February 22-24, 2020, October 25-27, 2020, and January 2-4, 2021.

The Taj Mahal

Built between 1632 and 1648 AD, the Taj Mahal is the ultimate romantic gesture—Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan constructed it in remembrance of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is considered the greatest architectural achievement of the Indo-Islamic tradition.

With TCS, jet to Agra and experience the site like no other. Here, you can dine by candlelight on the balcony of your suite at the Oberoi Amarvilas with a completely unobstructed view of the iconic mausoleum.

The hotel, with its sandstone columns and extensive spa, is located directly in front of the Taj Mahal. From the plush residences, you can spend a morning at Shah Jahan’s lasting tribute, explore Emperor Akbar’s grand tomb, and shop for 18th- and 19th-century original gold and jade Mughal jewelry in a family-owned shop.

The Taj Mahal leg of the Around the World trip will take place March 5-7, 2020, November 7-8, 2020 and January 15-16, 2021.

The ancient archeological city of Petra, surrounded by desert in Jordan and established as early as 9000 BC, is perhaps the most jaw-dropping oasis in the Middle Eastern region. There, a mile-long natural red sandstone gorge welcomes you into the city of the Siq, Nabatean palaces, Roman amphitheaters, and the unforgettable Wadi Rum, the setting of Lawrence of Arabia.

Travel to the Lost City of Petra and Wadi Rum with TCS to experience these wonders in ultimate luxury. In Petra, you will stay in the perfectly located Movenpick Resort Petra and take in each of these natural and architectural wonders at your leisure.

Hike to a one-time Nabataean temple and ride by camelback through the ancient site and observe the Hellenistic and Nabataean architecture as the sun rises over the red desert.

The Lost City of Petra leg of the Around the World trip will take place March 11-12, 2020, November 12-13, 2020, and January 20-21, 2021.
