Last night, Town&Country Philippines teamed up with Globe Platinum to present the T&C Fabulous Dine Around, a celebration of the magazine's 10th anniversary in the Philippines with readers, friends, and collaborators.

The extraordinary evening of food and drink began with over 200 guests simultaneously dining at Manila's best restaurants which had each prepared a specially crafted gastronomic experience for each Town&Country table. The event culminated with a fun and fabulous nightcap at Bank Bar. Adding to the experience, T&C also partnered with BMW Philippines, which chauffeured guests from dinner to afterparty. Moët & Chandon provided the bubbly for the evening, customizing bottles for the special night.

Through the hashtags #TownandCountryDineAround and #TandCFabDineAround, the progress of each miniature celebration—every course served, toasts to Moët & Chandon champagne, and smiling faces—was accounted for. Diner reviews came in the form of Instagram captions. Rosanna Ocampo Rodriguez, who dined at Nobu with her husband Marco, shares, “We thoroughly enjoyed every sip and bite! Nobu was one of my favorite restaurants when I was living abroad and it was a treat to revisit all those distinct flavors and more.”

Girlfriends Laura Bertotto, Mylene Lising, Joanna Duarte, and Sheila Ramos bonded over the French food at Mireio at the Raffles. “The spoiling is divine. The company, sublime,” writes Bertotto. Tim Yap, who was at Raging Bull Chophouse with Javi Hernandez, said in a post that he lives “for these creative, extraordinary experiences” and compiled an album of all the dishes they were served. Afterward, BMW serviced some VIPs to the finale at Bank Bar, which was packed till the wee hours. Here are a few of last night’s highlights:

Experiences inspire her. “Once, at a restaurant, I received an interpretation of my second name ‘Celina,’ and it meant 'someone who tries everything once' and that is me through and through,” she says. As for the job, she wants her “readers to be inspired by the stories of the people we feature and to move them to reach for greater things.”
