Pampas Latino Bistro and Bar, a new dining concept by chef Markus Gfeller, was recently unveiled at Uptown Parade in Bonifacio Glboal City. Bringing together the flavors of Argentina, Peru, and Brazil, the South American restaurant welcomed guests with its appetizer trolley, filled with tacos, meatballs, fresh oysters, and onion fugazetta, and presented a slew of main courses that included porchetta, lamb ribs, and beef falda.
