Founder and curator Charles Paw  says his team went for a minimalistic approach for the stalls and avoided individual branding to keep the dishes as a focal point. The stalls will open in three phases, so only a few are currently in operation. However, you can already check out Bun Appetit for its lobster rolls and lobster mac and cheese, Workshop by Miko Aspiras and Kristine Lotilla for its 17-layer salted caramel chocolate cake and other decadent sweets, Le Chon for roasts by Happy Ongpauco Tiu, EDSA Beverage Design Group for coffee, cocktails, and flavored sodas.
