Reese Witherspoon Had a Twinning Moment with Her Daughter Ava Phillippe at a Gala in L.A.
Reese Witherspoon's daughter clearly inherited her mother's sense of style.
Witherspoon and her daughter, Ava Phillippe, posed side-by-side at a gala this past Saturday. The event, held at gallery Hauser & Wirth's L.A. outpost, was in support of local arts organization L.A. Dance Project.
At the step-and-repeat, both mother and daughter stunned in similar silhouettes. Ava Phillippe sported a highly-embellished, semi-sheer black dress. Her wavy hair was reminiscent of her mother's trademark blonde locks.

For her part, Reese opted for slicked-back hair, allowing the red beading near her collar to shine. A hint of red on her clutch and black heels finished off the look.
It's not all that surprising that the mother-daughter pair opted for similar dresses, considering that Reese gets fashion advice from Ava. "We try to kind of confer about new styles," Reese has said of Ava. "She tells me whether or not I can wear things... She’s very cutting-edge, and she knows a lot about fashion, and she has her own sense of style, which is amazing."
Reese and Ava's similitude is well-documented, but they're not the only lookalikes in the family. Ava's brother Deacon also has an uncanny resemblance to their father, Ryan Phillippe, as Ryan's Instagram reveals below.

Though Reese's children clearly have a genetic advantage, the celebrity mother is ensuring that they don't get everything handed to them on a silver spoon. At 17, Ava made her spending money with a job at a pizza place.
