The royal family embarked on a festive week of celebrations in honor of Prince Charles's 70th birthday with a dinner party the other night.

The formal occasion, which took place at Buckingham Palace, brings together a number of British royals, including the Queen, Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle, along with royals from Belgium, Denmark, and Norway.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge looked stunning in a pink dress to celebrate her father-in-law. She accessorized with sparkly earrings, a pair she has worn to formal events in the past. See another photo of her arrival here:

The Duchess has worn these earrings on a few occasion, including to the British Academy Film Awards in 2017:

Duchess Kate arrived alongside Prince William, who wore a dapper tux for the occasion. Prince Charles officially turned 70 on November 14, a milestone that has been celebrated throughout the year with a series of events. Back in late May, Charles held a garden party at Buckingham Palace to kick off his birthday celebrations with his various patronages and military affiliations. The Prince of Wales was joined by Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at the event.
