Helen Mirren and Jane Fonda are decimating the stereotype that women need to stay out of the spotlight in their senior years.

The pair of seventy-something acting legends walked the runway for L’Oréal at Paris Fashion Week on Sunday, in a show which took over the Champs-Elysées.

Fonda, 79, wore a tiger-print Balmain gown, and was seen flashing peace signs as she strutted.

Mirren, 72, on the other hand, looked like a boss in a pair of oversized checkered trousers and a long overcoat, swinging a cane all the way down the catwalk.

Other models in the show included Cheryl Cole, Doutzen Kroes, and Winnie Harlow.
