After a full day in Warsaw, the royal couple attended a birthday party for the Queen hosted by the British Ambassador to Poland. In honor of their visit, Kate's dress was designed by Polish designer Gosia Baczynska. She paired the look with a sleek bun, pearl earrings, and a statement necklace.
