You'd be forgiven for thinking Lure Hsu is a teenager, or in her early 20s at a push. However, the Taiwanese interior designer is actually 41 years old. Seriously.

While we can presume genetics play the biggest part in Hsu's impossibly youthful appearance, everyone still wants to know her skincare secrets—which she shared with Friday magazine. Of course, sunscreen features. But so does coffee.

Hsu said, "everything is simply moisturising well and not over-exposing yourself to sun." She believes sunscreen is important as "sunned skin is drier and make small spots and small fine lines easier to appear." Ergo, sun damage, which we know accelerates aging.

According to the Indy 100, her diet could have an influence on her fresh face, too. They report that while Hsu drinks black coffee, she also consumes a lot of water, fruit and vegetables, while avoiding sugary drinks and greasy food. She also advocates high fiber and high protein foods, and exercise.

Nothing groundbreaking, but while Hsu is clearly genetically blessed, her sensible skincare advice reinforces the fact that simple sun protection and a healthy lifestyle is always a good idea. Take note.
