Patti Grandidge Herrera keeps her skincare ritual sacred and her makeup minimal.

What keeps you busy?
Cooking and baking, this time a little cleaner and healthier—I like to play around with plant-based and gluten-free options from time to time. I’m also an Estée Lauder ambassador so I love to support the brand whenever I can. I’m still working with Physiogel, for which I shot a global campaign for in London last year. I continue to write for my blog, Patti’s Palette, as well as Cluster.ph. Coming soon for me will be a webisode series I’m hosting The Ultimate Taste Test Pro Edition. My husband Jon and I enjoy walking our dog to go out for brunch and coffee.

What’s your beauty ritual?
I’m constantly streamlining my routine in efforts to save time. I moisturize with Physiogel’s Calming Relief A.I. Cream. I go for barely-there makeup—a rosier, more even-toned version of my natural skin. I usually achieve this with Estée Lauder’s Double Wear Cushion BB, Little Black Primer, and a matte lip tint. Estée Lauder’s new Pure Color Love line has two shades I really like—Blasé Buff and Raw Sugar. I spritz Aerin’s Evening Rose eau de parfum before I leave.

What’s in your makeup bag?
Two lipstick options, lip gloss, mascara, 3-in-1 brow pencil, concealer, foundation, powder, bronzer, and highlighter.

Notable Mentions: Estée Lauder Double Wear Nude Water Fresh; Victoria Beckham x Estée Lauder Bronzer in Java Sun; Estée Lauder Double Wear Brush-On Glow BB Highlighter; Estée Lauder The Brow Multi Tasker, Aerin eau de parfum, all at Rustan’s Makati, 813.3739

Beauty secret?
All the “boring” and “tedious” habits actually work, like drinking plenty of water and washing your face before hitting the hay.

How do you take care of your skin?
I like to get a facial once a month. I find that deep cleaning and light therapy for maintenance really helps. I’ve experienced less acne scarring, an even skin tone, unclogged pores and a rejuvenated appearance. I also apply a weekly mask in the evening: Estée Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair Concentrated Recovery PowerFoil Mask.

How do you stay fit?
I regularly practice Pilates and yoga. Vivian Zapanta Pilates Studio and Yoga Hive are both within walking distance from home, so there’s no excuse.

How do you relax?
I love deep tissue massages, foot reflexology, and even myofascial release therapy. Recently I’ve been doing acupuncture at Centro Holistico; they have other great cleansing and detox treatments, which I find oddly relaxing.

What is the best beauty advice you’ve ever received?
This isn’t the best, but it’s something I keep in mind toward my more minimalist movement: Have the right palette and right colors and you’ll need far fewer products than you think.
