Mayor of Manila Isko Moreno along with some of Manila’s top CEOs gathered for a private dinner on Saturday night hosted by ABS-CBN TV host Kim Atienza and his wife, Felicia, where the “rockstar mayor” Moreno apparently “fascinated” the guests with his vision for Manila.

Here, the new mayor is seen flanked by some of the country’s billionaires. On his right are Ayala Corp. chairman and CEO Jaime Zobel de Ayala and Atienza, and on his left are Alliance Global Group Inc. (AGI) CEO Kevin Tan, incoming Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. president and CEO Sabin Aboitiz, and senior VP/chief external affairs of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. David Jude Sta. Ana.

Also in attendance at the private party were SM Investments Corp. vice chairperson Tessie Sy-Coson and ABS-CBN veteran journalist Karen Davila, as well as the wives of Ayala, Tan, and Aboitiz: Lizzie Eder Zobel de Ayala, Michelle See-Tan, and Bettina Araneta-Aboitiz. Davila described the dinner as "an epic fun evening hearing Manila Mayor Isko Moreno's plans on reviving the city."

In the other photos posted by Tan and Davila on Instagram, Moreno can be seen smoking cigars with Ayala and sharing a smile with SM’s Sy-Coson. A known animal lover, Atienza's large tortoise also attended the dinner, photobombing an amused Sy-Coson in one of Davila's photos.

Despite being in office for less than a month, Moreno has been making headlines and stealing the spotlight from politicians of higher rank. And it looks like it's not just the media and the public whose attention he's caught, but also the country's most affluent businessmen.
