Are you sitting down? Perhaps you should sit down.

During an appearance on the daytime talk show The Real, Mel B. a.k.a. Scary Spice shared that not only will all five Spice Girls be in attendance at the Royal Wedding come May, but she also hinted that they would be performing at the reception.

"I don't know if I should have said that," she lamented, after revealing that not only was she invited to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's nuptials, but that she'll also be reuniting with her bandmates at the event.

"Why am I so honest?" she said.

Mel B. also hesitated to describe the invitation saying only "It was proper, yes...I've said enough."

Just watch the clip and try not to hyperventilate.

This won't be the first time Prince Harry meets the band. Back in November 1997, he posed for pictures with the group as a youngster:

The Queen has also met the "girls" before, just a month after her grandson, in December 1997 at the Royal Variety show in London.

It had been previously rumored that the Spice Girls, who went on indefinite hiatus in 2000, would go on a reunion tour but Victoria Beckham a.k.a. Posh Spice shut down the speculation during fashion week.
