Today, Princess Anne, the only daughter of Queen Elizabeth, turns 69 years old, and in celebration of the milestone, a few of the Princess Royal's relatives posted photos on social media.

The Queen and Prince Philip wished their second child a happy birthday through the official royal family Instagram account with a gorgeous portrait by the famed Annie Leibovitz, which was taken in the Drawing Room of Windsor Castle. The caption reads, "Wishing The Princess Royal a Happy Birthday! Born on this day in 1950, Her Royal Highness is the second child of Her Majesty and The Duke of Edinburgh." The post also festively included a few emojis.

But Anne didn't only receive well-wishes from family members. The Woolf Institute, which helps bridge the gap between religious differences through education also took to Twitter to send a birthday message to their royal patron. The caption reads, "Today is the birthday of HRH The Princess Royal, our Royal Patron. We are most grateful to HRH for her gracious support over the years." Last year, the Princess officially opened the Institute's brand new building.
