On June 18, the Queen's relatives turned out for the British monarch's favorite event of the year: Royal Ascot. All four of her children were in attendance, as were several of her grandchildren. But even with such a large crowd in the royal enclosure, there are still a few famous faces missing. Notably, Prince Harry, the Duchess of Sussex, and the Duke of Edinburgh skipped today's festivities, but we won't dwell on who isn't there; rather, read for which members of the royal family were at the racetrack.

Queen Elizabeth

Royal Ascot is said to be the Queen's favorite event of the year, so it was a given that the British monarch would be in attendance at the races this morning. She arrived wearing a gorgeous cornflower blue coat, which she paired with a matching floral hat, white gloves, and simple pearl earrings. Her son Prince Andrew accompanied her in the carriage, though he appears to have evaded the cameras.

The Duchess of Cambridge

Kate was all smiles at the race course, looking quite chic in a bespoke pale blue dress by Ellie Saab, which she paired with a matching hat.

Prince Charles and Prince William

This father-son duo dressed for the occasion, with both Charles and William wearing the Ascot-required top hat. Where they showed off their sartorial style was in the details of their outfits. Charles chose a patterned pocket square and pale pink tie, which coordinated nicely with his wife Camilla's ensemble, while William opted for a vibrant blue boutonniere, which set his look apart.

Princess Anne

The Princess Royal chose a practical outfit for Ascot this year. Anne previously wore this pale gold coat dress paired with a feathered hat to the Queen and Prince Philip's diamond wedding anniversary celebration back in 2007.

Sophie, the Countess of Wessex

Several women in the royal family were spotted wearing shades of blue for the occasion, but Sophie, the Countess of Wessex broke from that trend, and instead wore a pale pink dress covered in a floral print. She paired the look with a boxy clutch, a wide-brimmed hat, and an unfortunately necessary umbrella. The Countess and her husband, Prince Edward, celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary the following day.

The Duchess of Cornwall

The Duchess of Cornwall has been favoring peachy pink looks as of late, and she's sticking to that color palette with a fashionable coat and statement-making hat. A pearl choker and simple pearl earring tied the outfit together.

Princess Beatrice

Princess Beatrice looked lovely in a pale blue day dress by Maje, which featured an intricate floral pattern. She paired the look with a matching wide-brimmed hat.

Princess Eugenie

Eugenie and Beatrice were color-coordinated as they arrived in a carriage together. The younger Princess chose a more vibrant blue dress, and topped her look off with a yellow saucer-shaped fascinator-hat-band hybrid.

Prince Edward

Prince Edward is known for wearing festive ties, and the event's saddle-themed print didn't disappoint. Here he is alongside the Lord de Mauley Rupert Ponsonby on the carriage ride in to the racecourse.

Zara Tindall

Both Zara and her husband Mike were in attendance at Royal Ascot. The Queen's granddaughter chose a bold floral-printed dress for the event, which she paired with a small blue hat and a pale pink clutch.

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands may not be members of the Queen's family, but their royal fashion at Ascot today earns them a spot on this list. Willem-Alexander looked smart in his purple tie and top hat, but it was really Maxima's over-the-top floral headpiece that stole the show.

Kitty Spencer

Princess Diana's niece Kitty Spencer was also in attendance at today's events, wearing a white lace dress that she paired with a cream-colored bean-shaped hat. We could see her come say hello to her cousin Prince William at some point during the races.
