It's officially garden-party season in the U.K. and the younger generation of royals are out in force to do their duty while the sun (mostly) shines. Princess Eugenie joined her sister Princess Beatrice, her cousin Prince William, and her Uncle Prince Edward at Buckingham Palace yesterday for the presentation of the Duke of Edinburgh Awards, also known as the DofE awards.

The event celebrates some 3,000 young people from across the United Kingdom who have completed a special program promoting personal development in fields such as volunteering and sports.

Princess Eugenie's floral dress was more casual than the ladylike blue sheath and pillbox hat that she wore to the royal wedding. This wrap dress is by Alice & Olivia and would be the MVP of any wedding season. If your summer weekends are a marathon of weddings, you know how important it is to have wearable, comfortable, flattering dresses in the rotation. This one is $440 at Nordstrom.

Also at the DofE awards was actor John Bradley, who plays Samwell Tarly on Game of Thrones, and comedian Stephen Merchant. Fun fact: Prince Edward was spotted in the cat tie that he wore to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding, as well as his own wedding in 1999.
