With the royal wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbankswiftly approaching, more and more details about their October nuptials are being released. This morning, a chain of announcements were posted on the royal family's official Twitter account. Some of the most exciting news? The couple is inviting members of the public to be a part of their special day.

The wedding will take place in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle and members of the public have been invited to attend the ceremony inside the precincts of the venue (which is a fancy way of saying they'll be on the grounds, but not in the church). As with every wedding, there's a cutoff for how many people can attend; only 1,200 members of the public will make the rather exclusive list.

In order to be considered to attend, all you need to do is fill out this simple application form.

If you're lucky enough to receive an invitation, you'll be able to view the arrival of the congregation, as well as catch a glimpse of the members of the Royal Family as they make their entrances.

In addition, you'll get to experience the intimate ceremony for yourself by listening along to a live broadcast of the service. To finish off the fairytale-like day, you'll have a front-row seat as the newlyweds depart on their romantic carriage ride.

For their May nuptials, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also included members of the public on their wedding day but took a rather different approach in deciding who would be able to attend.

Instead of taking applications, Harry and Meghan invited 2,640 people from around the U.K., who were nominated by regional Lord Lieutenant offices. The attendees included both people who have shown strong leadership in their communities and select members from charities the two were involved with.

As far as the next royal wedding goes, it's nice to see that so many people will be able to participate in Eugenie and Jack's special day. Those who make the list will receive a confirmation via email by September 10.
