Prince William might have stolen the show last night at the 88th annual Royal Variety Performance.

One of the U.K.'s most beloved television programs, the Royal Variety Show 2017, hosted by Miranda Hart, featured everything from stand-up comedians to Cirque du Soleil acrobatics, but the performance that had everyone talking was Prince William's. After the program, he stood up from his seat and demonstrated his best gallop in front of the entire audience, mimicking one of Hart's trademark moves from the BBC1 series.

The Duke of Cambridge seemed to be in good spirits earlier in the evening, even shouting out a few of Hart's catchphrases like "such fun!" throughout the show. His performance, broadcast on ITV, got a good laugh from Kate Middleton and even viewers at home.

"I did apologize to him at the end and he said he'd practice his galloping," said Hart. "I thought he was wonderful in joining in. I forgot to get him to knight me with a lightsaber but maybe another time."

Needless to say, it looks like the royal family definitely has talent.
