Prince George and Princess Charlotte Attend the Queen's Christmas Lunch at Buckingham Palace
Every year, Queen Elizabeth has around 50 of her closest family members over for a holiday lunch at Buckingham Palace. And in a room full of royals, eyes were likely on two of the younger guests, if only for their cuteness: Princess Charlotte and Prince George.
The pair were spotted driving into the Buckingham Palace grounds with their parents. (Yes, even the blue-blooded aren't immune to the charm of a family car ride.) Also with them was Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, the children's nanny. Maria has been known to attend important events along with the family, including this year's two royal weddings between Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Aside from caring for George and Charlotte, Maria has taken up an important role in their education. She's helping to teach them Spanish, a skill that Kate Middleton is determined to have them refine. Just a few weeks ago, Kate revealed to a fan that her foreign language skills were "so bad," but she wants to "make sure that my children are better than me; that's my aim."

The evening's events were just one of the many ways that Charlotte and George will be celebrating the holidays. Later this month, they'll head to Sandringham to celebrate Christmas and New Year's with the immediate royal family. And just a couple weeks ago, we learned that Kate and Charlotte had a special mother-daughter outing to see The Nutcracker.
Both Charlotte and George have been known to take ballet lessons, but we can't blame Kate for wanting some girls-only time with her daughter.
