Prince Charles' youngest child just got married to the love of his life, and as a father, he couldn't be prouder.

According to People, the Prince of Wales gave a heartfelt speech during the couple's lunchtime gathering at St. George's Hall. A guest reportedly told the magazine that Charles addressed everyone (roughly 600 guests), and told them how proud he was of the man his son had "grown into."

Charles also apparently noted how delighted he was to walk Meghan down the aisle.

Meghan Markle walks up the aisle with Prince Charles, Prince of Wales at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.

But the truly emotional part was when Charles reportedly ended his speech saying: "My darling old Harry, I’m so happy for you."

Everyone ended up in tears after that. Including me. Right now.

And if that wasn't enough, Prince Harry also made a speech to his lovely bride. According to The Sun, Harry told Meghan that they make a "great team," and that he couldn't wait to spend the rest of his life with her.

He also apparently said that Meghan has "navigated everything with such grace."

Of course, this could be a reference to all the drama that happened days leading up to the wedding. For months, Meghan's distant relatives have been publicly critical of her and her decision to marry the royal. But things really took a turn for the worse when it was revealed that her father had staged paparazzi photos.

As we all now know, Thomas Markle was unable to walk his daughter down the aisle because of a reported heart attack caused apparently by all the stress. Prince Charles stepped in, and walked Meghan halfway down St. George's chapel.

While Charles certainly can't replace Meghan's father, it does look like he is trying to take care of his son and his son's bride on their big day.
