Prince Charles Pranking Princess Anne Is the Best Thing You'll See Today

Siblings are always going to behave like siblings—even royal ones pushing 70.
That's what Prince Charles proved when he snuck up on his sister Princess Anne, tapping her back and surprising her. And the BBC caught it all on tape.
An 18-second
"The Prime Minister of the Republic of Vanuatu," the loudspeaker blares. Meanwhile, Prince Charles seems unconcerned. After getting her attention with his surprise attack, he seems to tell his sister a joke or two. "The Prime Minister of Jamaica, His Majesty the Sultan..."
Princess Anne, Prince Charles, and Camilla watch the Queen's horse at the Royal Ascot 2018.
Royal fans will know that Princess Anne is a particularly unlikely target for such tomfoolery. She's known as a hard worker, and even attended more engagements in 2017 than Will, Kate, and Harry combined. That was 455
She also isn't famous for her tolerance of things she finds distasteful. Photo-taking during walkabouts, for instance, is not a way to win Princess Anne's heart. She never shakes hands during such engagements, and the constant iPhone photos from crowds today have made her dig her feet in on this stance.
"I'm glad that I'm not starting now because at least you had people to talk to. Now you don't really. Phones are bad enough, but the iPads—you can’t even see their heads," she said in an interview. "No idea who you’re talking to. I either don’t bother or just say, 'Look, if you want to ask me something, I suggest you put that down.' It is weird. People don’t believe they’ve experienced the event unless they’ve taken a photograph."
Maybe all this is paradoxically why Prince Charles decided to pick on her: it's usually the most hardened workaholics that most need a respite.
