Michelle Obama jokingly mentioned during her interview at Apple's developer's conference that her every dress, bag, shoe, and necklace choice was scrutinized while "for eight years [Barack Obama] wore that same tux." Little did she know her witty remark would spark a fashion frenzy across the Internet. Now we're setting the record straight: Barak Obama did not wear the same tux during his entire presidency. In fact, he wore two.

As you can clearly see from the below pictures, President Obama wore both a peak- and a notch-lapel tuxedo. For those of you not well-versed in the subtleties of dinner jackets, a notch lapel angles down whereas a peak lapel—naturally—points up. It appears that Obama wore both styles during his presidency. *Gasp*
