Everyone Missed Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Subtle PDA Moment

Adorable, right? Well, yes ... except that the general rule is that working royals usually don't hold hands, kiss, or display any other form of physical affection.
Still, when it comes to sharing affection, Meghan and Harry are usually pretty careful about when they choose to do so. Take the Young Leaders Reception at Buckingham Palace on June 26, for example. The pair opted to keep their hands to themselves because of the immediate presence of the Queen.
"It is rare to see royal couples holding hands on official outings," royal etiquette expert Myka Meier told People.
"While we are much less likely to see The Duke and Duchess holding hands in public, we often see Prince Charles and The Duchess of Cornwall holding hands — it’s all simply a matter of preference for each couple and is also likely dependent on the nature of the event they are attending."
