Meghan Markle Brings Archie to Cheer on Prince Harry at a Polo Match
For a brief moment, the Fab Four—that's Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle, for the uninitiated—reunited for a good cause. William and Harry took part in a charity polo match at Billingbear Polo Club, while Meghan and Kate supported from the sidelines. Even the next generation (Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, and baby Archie) made rare appearances to cheer on their dads.
Meghan arrived at the polo field cradling Archie. It's the first time Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor has made a public appearance (to be fair, he's only a couple months old). It's the second Archie sighting in less than a week. On Saturday, photos of the royal baby were released in honor of his christening. In the images, released to celebrate the religious milestone, Archie looks adorable—as do his doting parents, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Although Meghan is still technically on maternity leave, royal fans have been seeing quite a bit of the Duchess as of late. Just this past week, she went to Wimbledon to support her good friend Serena Williams. Meghan sat alongside Lyndsay Roth and Genevieve Hillis, two friends of hers from college, in the stands as Williams battled it out on the court.
In recent days, though, this apparently innocent appearance has sparked some controversy in the British press. For one, Meghan chose to wear jeans, which is frowned upon in the Wimbledon members' areas. Her security guard also instructed fans not to take photos, people sitting nearby have reported.
