During her visit to Bletchley Park on May 13, Kate Middleton revealed some endearing details about her youngest, one-year-old Prince Louis.

The little prince "is keeping us on our toes," Kate said, per the Daily Mail. She then shared a quick story about Louis's antics. "I turned around the other day and he was at the top of the slide—I had no idea," she said. Given that Louis is now a year old, it's likely that he walked all the way over himself.

Kate offered these comments during her visit to Bletchley Park, a WWII-era code-breaking facility where the likes of Alan Turing—and Kate's own grandmother—worked to decode messages between the Axis powers.

Kate said that her grandmother and her twin sister, who were both on staff at the Park, never felt comfortable speaking about their work. "My granny and her sister worked here," she told a group of primary school students. "It’s very cool. When she was alive sadly she could never talk about it. She was so sworn to secrecy that she never felt able to tell us."

Kate is shown the bricks inscribed with her relatives' names

Later that day, Kate was shown a pair of bricks at Bletchley Park inscribed with their names: Valerie Glassborow and Mary Glassborow.

She also tried her hand working the Enigma machine, a device used by the code-breakers to decipher messages. Kate spoke with the children about it, and relayed their feelings to a veteran of Bletchley. "I was just speaking to the children next door and they were saying this [codebreaking task] is really complicated," she said. "They have got a real appreciation of what you were doing."
