The Duchess of Cambridge may be a royal, but when it comes to recycling her wardrobe, she's really just like the rest of us. And while Duchess Kate has re-worn ensembles on numerous occasions, there's one notable accessory she's had for a whopping 14 years: a pair of boots.

Retailing for £475 (about $642), the long tassel boot by Penelope Chilvers is handmade of vegetable-dyed leather with a rubber sole. As Kate has proved, the boots are versatile enough to wear for every type of occasion.

In late November 2017, the Duchess was spotted in her classic boots while visiting an elementary school:

Back in May 2017, Kate wore the boots to a local farm:

And in September 2016, Kate's trusty boots made an appearance during the royal tour in Canada, when the royals were touring the Great Bear Rainforest:

Earlier that year, the Duchess also wore her favorite footwear while on the royal tour of India and Bhutan.

One of the earliest appearances of these timeless boots was all the way back in 2005, when Kate wore them to the Festival of British Eventing at Gatcombe Park in England:

But in 2004, Kate debuted the boots for the first time while posing for photographers at the Game Fair at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire.
