What a romantic moment.

As Princess Eugenie headed down the aisle of St. George’s Chapel Friday, Jack Brooksbank stood inside with his best man, his younger brother Tom, by his side. And he whispered the sweetest thing about his bride to himself.

Daily Mail royal reporter Rebecca English consulted a lip reader, who said Jack was saying, “Oh, my heart…oh, break my heart.” He was visibly emotional as he saw Eugenie in her wedding gown for the first time.

This isn’t the first time the couple has gushed about one another. In a television interview before the big day, Eugenie said it was love at first sight when she first met Jack on a ski trip in Verbier, Switzerland in 2010. The two stayed together through a long-distance relationship when Eugenie moved to New York.

You came over and shook my hand, and I was all butterflies and nervous,” she recalled. “I think I ran to my mom that night and was like, 'I just met this guy Jack!' I remember being like, 'I really, really like this guy and I really want him to like me too.' And then you gave me this huge windscreen-wiper wave and I was like, 'Right, he likes me.'"

Jack, in turn, called Eugenie “a bright, shining light.” Swoon.
