George and Amal Clooney welcomed their twins, Ella and Alexander, almost three months ago. Since then, the couple has been getting acquainted with life as first-time parents (while taking a few date nights here and there). In a new interview, the actor gives an update on how he and Amal are holding up.

"Suddenly, you're responsible for other people, which is terrifying," Clooney told the Associated Press with a laugh. His wife, however, seems to be handling things flawlessly. "She's like an Olympic athlete," George said of Amal. "She's doing so beautifully."

The actor added that he's currently in charge of dirty work. "Right now my job is changing diapers and walking them around a little bit," he said. "I really didn't think at 56 that I would be the parent of twins. Don't make plans. You always have to just enjoy the ride."

That ride may come with some extra cleanup, however. "I just have to clean the barf off of my tux," Clooney joked. "It used to be my barf but now it's the twins' barf. So it all works out."
