From Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's May wedding to Princess Eugenie's fall ceremony, 2018 is shaping up to be the year of royal weddings across Europe. Now, another royal can be added to the list: Charlotte Casiraghi, who just confirmed her engagement to film producer Dimitri Rassam.

Casiraghi, Princess Caroline's daughter and ninth in line to the throne of Monaco, debuted her stunning new engagement ring at the Rose Ball on March 24, 2018 in Monaco. Casiraghi wore a Saint Laurent gown to the event, where she appeared alongside her new fiancé Rassam. But all eyes were on the diamond ring on Casiraghi's ring finger:

Casiraghi and Rassam have been dating since 2016 after they were introduced by mutual friends. Both are already parents: Casiraghi has a four-year-old son Raphaël with her ex Gad Elmaleh, while Rassam has a daughter from a previous marriage.

The royal family of Monaco has a number of reasons to celebrate at the moment. Charlotte's brother Pierre Casiraghi is expecting his second child with wife Beatrice Borromeo and Princess Stéphanie of Monaco's son Louis recently announced his engagement. Congratulations to the royals!
