All the Times Princess Charlotte Looked Just Like Queen Elizabeth

Three generations and almost 70 years separate Queen Elizabeth and her great-granddaughter, but the royals could pass for twins based on their baby photos.
Born on April 21, 1926, the future monarch modeled the same big blue eyes, arched eyebrows and light-brown hair as Princess Charlotte, who turned two on May 2. Even if you ignore the obvious physical similarities, the regal toddlers seem to share the same hobbies too. If Buckingham Palace had a time machine, we bet these cuties would be best playmates.

Both babies probably wondered why everyone wanted their pictures at first, but they got their poses down at an early age.
Look at those
Her great-grandma always loved corgis, so it's no surprise Princess Charlotte enjoys pups herself. During her visit to Canada last year, the toddler loved petting a friendly therapy dog named Moose.
These independent ladies can get themselves around, thank you very much. Here, a 4-year-old Princess Elizabeth tries out her tricycle while Charlotte shows off a too-cute cart ahead of her first birthday.
Although her brother sits in line
Even the most recent photograph of Princess Charlotte—taken by Kate Middleton herself—brings to mind the monarch. The future Queen's expression mirrors her descendant's exactly, right down to the half-smile.
Put the duo together today and Princess Charlotte still passes for the Queen's mini-me. For Annie Leibovitz's portrait series last year, the royals wore matching pink cardigans.
