Marking the start of the holiday season, Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila presents a leisurely Sunday brunch for family, friends, and all others with a sumptuous journey through its flagship restaurant Spiral.

On October 22, gourmands and connoisseurs of fine food and wine will have the chance to be treated with a magnificent sensory experience by way of a lavish feast.

Le Grand Sunday Brunch is part of Spiral’s quarterly specials. Guests will be treated to a generous selection of the restaurant’s signature dishes, including dim sum, truffle eggs, caviar, French oysters, and foie gras. To truly celebrate, La Veranda will be transformed into a specialty grill haven featuring satays, burgers, and a Mongolian barbecue experience. Live musical entertainment will also be provided for guests, with animations and programs will be available to children.

Along with the grand feast, Sofitel will be celebrating the French wine harvest by showcasing 40 outstanding wines from around the world, from wine countries such as France, Spain, and Italy. An animated demonstration of pigeage or grape-stomping will be presented to guests as a homage to grape harvest customs.

At P4,500 net per person, Spiral’s Le Grand Sunday Brunch invites you to close the weekend on a tasty note by embarking on a culinary journey through the restaurant’s 21 dining ateliers, wine trolley, and exquisite Champagne.
