Jean-Georges Vongerichten's bistro in an Upper East Side brownstone is serving a $108 three-course, prixe-fixe menu with a choice of appetizer, entrée, and dessert on Christmas Day. Offerings include Peekytoe crab dumplings, Faroe Island salmon with chili-pumpkin seed broth and roasted delicata squash, peppercorn crusted Wagyu beef tenderloin with potato gnocchi, brussels sprouts and sage, and the Christmas classic, bûche de Noël.
