You may be familiar with roast chicken and roast pork (hello, lechon!), but how many can say they've had roast goose in Manila? Well, that number's about to get higher because Hong Kong's Kam's Roast Goose is opening its first Manila branch in SM Mega Fashion Hall on May 9.

Kam's Roast Goose was founded by Hardy Kam, whose father and grandfather first opened HK institution Yung Kee Goose in 1942. The younger restaurant proved to be just as good (if not better) than its predecessor, earning a Michelin star within months of opening.

The Manila branch of Kam's will be offering a variety of roasts and premium sausages, like Roast Duck, Suckling Pig, and, of course, the Roast Goose. The Hong Kong flagship continues to see regular queues and we won't be surprised if it turns out just the same here!

Kam's Roast Goose will open at 3/F SM Mega Fashion Hall, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
