Sting has been to Manila a few times throughout his illustrious career. The last time he was here he performed as a guest of trumpeter Chris Botti at a show held at the Marriott Hotel Manila’s Grand Ballroom in 2016. He was also here in 2012 for his Back to Bass tour, and before that, he played a memorable sold-out show all the way back in 1996 at the PSC Football Field. Clearly, Filipinos love Mr. Gordon Sumner.

Sting is coming back to Manila this year for another concert, this time as part of his current My Songs tour in support of the album of the same name, which he released last May. My Songs features contemporary interpretations of his most well-known hits, including Englishman In New York, Fields of Gold, Shape of My Heart, Every Breath You Take, Roxanne, Message In A Bottle and many more.
