Earlier yesterday, March 11, Drew Barrymore took to Instagram to announce that she had arrived safely in Manila.

The Hollywood actress-turned-beauty entrepreneur even gamely posed for a souvenir photo with at least eight airport security personnel.

Her caption read, "We have arrived. Safe, as you can see! So many guards I feel like a alterna grunge princess."

But despite feeling jet-lagged, the 43-year-old Hollywood actress seemed to be in high spirits.

Drew even posted a goofy selfie showing how she looked "57 hours" after her long flight from the U.S. and several hours of rest periods.

The Hollywood actress expressed her excitement about visiting Manila again in an earlier Instagram post.

It was not long before she toured the city. Also yesterday, Wildflour co-owner Ana Lorenzana De Ocampo shared a photo of Barrymore and company taking a break at the cafe's Rada Street branch in Legazpi Village.

The last time Drew was in the country was in September 2016 when she dropped by SM Makati to promote her makeup line Flower Beauty.

This time, the Hollywood star is set to promote Season 2 of Netflix's horror-comedy web series Santa Clarita Diet, which she co-stars with Timothy Olyphant.
