Its most-prized gyu-katsu sandwich—currently going for $180 or a whopping P9,000 at its San Francisco outpost—is made with premium Kobe beef that's breaded katsu-style, fried, and placed between white bread with a soy-vinegar sauce. The Manila outpost of Wagyumafia will have three sections that'll not only serve sandwiches, but it'll also have a yakiniku restaurant, a butcher shop, and a members-only club, with dining done kaiseki-style. Co-founder Hisato Hamada shares that all beef and most ingredients will be flown in from Japan.

Wagyumafia opens at Bonifacio Global City in June. For more information, log on to Wagyumafia's Instagram.
