2016 was the year that gave us such magical things like unicorn ice cream, sweet potato toast, and raindrop cake. So when Googled shared their top search results of the year with us, we were surprised to see that the #1 most-searched recipe of the year was…green bean casserole? Yes, the #1 most searched recipe on Google in 2016 was everybody's least favorite holiday side dish. Unfortunately, it's not Thanksgiving without it, so everybody was forced to search for a decent recipe online.
