First Look at Shawa Wama: The Moment Group's New Take-Out Counter At Rockwell
Spice-rich beef and lots of tangy garlic sauce—what’s not to love about shawarma? If you agree, we have exciting news: The Moment Group is opening their Mediterranean food concept, Shawa Wama, soon at Rockwell.
“It’s our first take-out forward brand,” shares Edgardo Bautista, brand and project development manager at The Moment Group. “It’s a very small restaurant with only around 15 to 18 seats, and it’s all mostly grab-and-go.”
Trust this seasoned restaurant group to get all its bases covered, from the food to the packaging, the latter being especially important for to-go concepts. Anyone who’s had a problem with eating from flip-open containers will love the corrugated cover of Shawa Wama’s packaging that you can easily rip off. The lining, too, is made especially to prevent your take-out container from getting soggy, no matter how long it has been since you ordered it.
