The Concretes, which are frozen custard ice creams made in-Shack daily, will also feature a nod to Filipino ingredients by incorporating products made by beloved bakers and artisans. The Shack Attack is a chocolate custard with Bucky’s original brownies and cacao chocolate from award-winning chocolatier Auro mixed in together with Shack fudge sauce and chocolate sprinkles. The Calamansi Pie Oh My is a vanilla custard that features Wildflour Bakery’s well-loved calamansi pie. Five percent of proceeds from every sale of Pie Oh My will go to Children’s Hour, an organization that tends to the welfare, education, and health of underprivileged Filipino children. Lastly, the Uuuube-by Baby is another ode to the purple yam flavor. It’s a vanilla custard with ube, coconut marshmallow, ube cookie, toasted coconut, and crispy pinipig topped with leche flan.
