Whether you're keeping things low key this year or watching the ball drop at a big bash, nothing says "Happy New Year" quite like a festive cocktail. We've rounded up our favorite sparklers, spritzes, and even a coffee-infused cocktail to keep you awake until midnight rolls around.

New Year's Sparkler


Ingredients
1 oz Hornitos Plata Tequila
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
Blueberries
Splash of prosecco

Instructions
Lightly muddle 6 blueberries in a shaker. Combine remainder of ingredients except prosecco in the shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a champagne flute and add a splash of prosecco. Garnish with a blueberry skewer.

Ingredients
2 oz Brockmans Gin
1 oz lemon juice
.5 oz sugar syrup
Champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions
Shake gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest.

Apricot Fizz


Ingredients
1 tablespoon vodka
.25 apricot nectar
.5 cup champagne

Instructions
Pour the vodka and nectar into a flute. Top with champagne.

Ingredients
3.5 oz Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut
1 oz Hennessy Cognac
Dash of bitters

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Blood Orange, Campari & Rosemary Elixir


Ingredients
2 oz blood orange juice
2 oz Campari
.5 oz rosemary demerara simple syrup**
Sparkling wine

Instructions
Mix the blood orange juice, campari, and rosemary demerara simple syrup into a pot. Heat, bringing to a boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Cool in an ice bath. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, pour into champagne flutes and top with sparkling wine.*Shelf life is 3 weeks.

**Rosemary Demerara Simple Syrup
Pour .5 cup water and 1 cup demerara sugar into a saucepan. Heat the ingredients until dissolved. Stir until the liquid becomes completely clear, then remove from heat source. Add 5 rosemary sprigs into the simple syrup for flavor right as it comes off the burner. Let sit until cool. Remove rosemary sprigs from simple syrup.

Eximo Estrella


Ingredients
2 oz Facundo Eximo Rum
.5 oz demerara sugar
1 bar spoon Crème de Yvette
1 dash strawberry bitters
1 dash chocolate bitters

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and stir with plenty of ice until very cold. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a zig zag orange peel.

Ingredients
6 tbsp Lillet Blanc
2 tbsp cognac or brandy
2 tbsp lemon juice
.5 tsp superfine sugar

Instructions
In shaker, stir ingredients together. Add ice, cover, and shake until chilled. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel, if desired.

Ingredients
1 oz spiced rum
1.5 tsp pear puree
5 oz Rekorderlig Apple Cider
Dash of bitters
1 egg white

Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients except the cider together. Gently heat the cider and pour into the mixed ingredients. Gently stir and pour into an insulated glass. Garnish with a slice of pear.

Cranberry Fizz


Ingredients
6 oz of prosecco
4 dashes of Fee Brothers Cranberry Bitters
1 sugar cube
Garnish with 1 lemon twist

Instructions
Place cube in bottom of champagne flute then dash with bitters until the cube is covered. Pour prosecco over sugar cube to the top of flute. Garnish with lemon twist.

Ingredients
3 oz G.H. Mumm Champagne
.75 simple syrup (1:1 ratio of cane sugar to water)
.75 oz lime juice
2 cucumber slices
4 mint leaves
.25 oz ginger juice
1 oz pomegranate juice
Sprig of mint

Instructions
Muddle everything except the champagne. After muddling, add G.H. Mumm and ice and hold tight and shake and strain over ice in a champagne glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.

.5 oz lemon syrup

.5 oz beer
Top with Champagne

Instructions

1 tbsp cranberry sauce (from a can)
Splash of champagne or sparkling water

Instructions
Put Tito's Handmade Vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and cranberry sauce in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously—it takes some real shaking to break down the cranberries. Strain into a glass with ice, top with a splash of champagne or sparkling water, and garnish with a lime.
