Anxiously awaiting the arrival of your Christmas gifts? A Google app for Android allows you to follow Santa in real time on his delivery route. Though the "Santa Tracker" doesn't unlock until the 24th, the app operates like a virtual advent calendar, with new games revealed each day until the eve of Santa's delivery service.

Come Christmas Eve, you can even hook your phone up to your television and follow Santa's journey from chimney to chimney on a larger screen.

The inspiration for the Santa Tracker most likely comes from the North American Aerospace Defense Command, which has, for the past 60 years, provided their own televised tracker, often featured on news' weather updates throughout Christmas Eve.

If you don't have an Android, not to worry—the tracker is also available here.
