See Inside Broadway Producer Terry Allen Kramer's Oceanfront Palm Beach Mansion

The 13-bedroom home on "Billionaires Row" is for sale for $135 million. If it achieves the asking price, it would be the most expensive house sale in Palm Beach history.

La Follia, a 37,516-square-foot oceanfront compound in Palm Beach, could be yours.

Broadway producer Terry Allen Kramer is offering the property for $135 million, and a sale for that price would break Palm Beach's residential real estate record of $95 million. (Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev paid that amount for a property previously owned by President Donald Trump in 2008.)

Scroll down for a look inside the sprawling estate and around the grounds.

The house is located at 1295 South Ocean Boulevard, an oceanfront stretch known as Billionaires Row.

Kramer, who has produced almost 100 Broadway shows including Kinky Boots and Fiddler on the Roof, lives not far from Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwarzman, hedge fund manager Ken Griffin, and Trump's so-called "Winter White House," Mar-a-Lago.

It has views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Florida's Intracoastal Waterway.

The property has 210 feet of direct water frontage.

Elephant statues sit beside the front gate.

"It’s 13 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, five powder rooms, three wine cellars, electric windows, playroom, cinema downstairs, master bedroom, male/female dressing rooms, upstairs sitting rooms, wrought iron gates, lawn sculptures, 25-foot ceilings, two-story entrance, marble floors, breakfast room, five-car garage, boat dock, fitness center, games area,” Kramer told the New York Post.

Kramer modeled it on an Italian palazzo when she built it in 1995.
