Jennifer Lopez and her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez have purchased a $15.3 million apartment at 432 Park Avenue, the tallest residential building in the world (Mansion Global first reported the news of the deal, which closed in February). Lopez and Rodriguez's apartment is about 4,000 square feet.


It's on the 36th floor and has views of Central Park.

The floors are solid oak throughout the apartment.


The apartment includes three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.


The unit had been on the market for $17.5 million, according to the listing.

The kitchen features Miele stainless steel appliances and Dornbracht polished chrome fixtures.

The corner living room is 29 feet by 29 feet, with northern and eastern views.


The windows are 10 feet by 10 feet.
