The penthouse of Ayala Land Premier’s latest project Park Central Towers recently broke the record for the most expensive condo ever sold in the Philippines at P477 million. Scheduled to be completed by 2025, this ultra-luxurious two tower condominium will be located at the site of the old Mandarin Oriental hotel in the business district of Roxas Triangle Makati. The size of most units will range from 138 sqm to 422 sqm with the exception of the Anadem Villa One penthouse which has a floor area of 1,635 square meters. The centrally located condominium boasts units with high ceilings and open plan layouts ideal for families. Facilities include multiple retail and commercial spaces, an indoor multi-purpose court, and a children’s play area.
