The couple went into contract on the four-bedroom apartment on February 15.

The couple is downsizing from the duplex, which was about 6,000 square feet. They also own a house outside Manhattan, in Bedford Hills, which Elle Decor featured in 2017.

The views are stunning.

The final price has not been reported, but the unit was listed for $7.9 million.

Listing agent John Gomes said the couple was attracted to the home's kitchen.

Gomes told the Wall Street Journal they loved the space, which includes a dedicated pastry-making area and a built-in coffee machine.

The building's other amenities include a garden terrace with cabanas and a fitness center with a 75-foot-long pool.
