Inside Beyoncé and Jay-Z's Massive Former Hamptons Rental

The 17,000-square-foot home comes with a movie theater, bowling alley, baseball field, and rock climbing wall.

It's not on the Atlantic Ocean, but Sandcastle is still among the most extravagant homes in the Hamptons. Scroll down to see inside this one-of-a-kind property that's on the market for nearly $50 million.

The massive house sits on 11.5 acres in Bridgehampton.

It was constructed by Hamptons builder Joe Farrell, who has lived there with his family since its completion in 2009.

Entertainers Jay-Z and Beyoncé rented it for a month in 2012.

They paid $400,000 and filmed a video in the backyard, according to the New York Post. (The rent subsequently increased to a staggering $1 million per month.)

The 17,000-square-foot mansion includes a number of unique amenities, like this bowling alley.

And this skateboarding half-pipe.

The 9,000-square-foot lower level also includes squash, racquetball, basketball and volleyball courts.

Why go out to a spa when you can just walk downstairs to your private spa room with a fireplace and two massage tables?

Outside, there's a baseball field.

And a tennis court with a pergola.

The 20-by-60-foot gunite pool has an underwater stereo.

There are 10 bedrooms.

The Bespoke Real Estate listing says it "serves both as a private escape and an entertainer’s paradise."

For $49.995 million, you could be the next owner.
