For jet-setters who make hotel suites their second homes, Hyatt Hotels has announced its new global loyalty program, which launches on March 1, 2017 and replaces its Hyatt Gold Passport. The chain of hotels has always made it their business to care for people so they can be their best and this program aims to further build their community and engage with their high-end travelers.

“Inspired by our purpose, World of Hyatt is about celebrating our members by understanding the people, places, and experiences at the heart of their world. The more we understand them, the better we can care for them and design unique experiences with them in mind,” said Mark Hoplamazian, president and chief executive officer of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

In the new program, members receive more rewards as they advance through three elite tiers based on Qualifying Nights or Base Points. You’ll earn five Base Points for every eligible $1 spent on qualifying stays, dining, and spa experiences. Guests earn 10 Qualifying Nights when they’ve reached 25,000 Base Points; 30 Qualifying Nights for 50,000 Base Points; and 60 Qualifying Nights for 100,000 Base Points.

Depending on your number of points, the rewards can range from waived resort fees on free night awards and complimentary parking to extended stays, and sharing in-hotel benefits when transferring an eligible award.
